Washington law requires that both Intended Parents and Surrogates have separate legal representation. We also work with clients adopting babies and children in a wide variety of circumstances (newborns, relatives, disruptions, stepparents, foreign born children) both in Washington and nationwide. The firm specializes in assisting U.S. citizens living here or abroad in finalizing their adoptions of foreign children so that they can obtain U.S. citizenship for them. Working closely with immigration specialists, we help obtain Washington court orders to support their immigration applications. The firm has little competition in the region within the surrogacy and adoption specialties.
